Order Cancellation & REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION IS NOT POSSIBLE ONCE THE ORDER IS PLACED.
In case of any issues with the delivered product the customer must write to us within 24hrs of the delivery at info.dsignd@gmail.com, a prompt response is assured to such mails. Customer can also call us at our customer service number +91 9809980940, which remains open from Monday to Saturday between 10.30AM to 06.30PM (IST) except declared holidays. No refund/replacement will be entertained post 24hrs.
LIST OF NON-RETURNABLE OR NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
- Accessories, including jewelry, bangles, veils, mittens, gloves, tiaras, pocket squares, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, waist belts, footwear etc.
- Custom made and Made to order products.
- Unstitched items like Dupattas, Sarees with unstitched blouse
- Altered products as per the specifications/measurements provided by you
- Products that are purchased in any sale / promotion
- Products which were identified/marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase.
REFUND POLICY
If the item is damaged or out of stock, the order will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded in 6 - 7 working days.
IN CASE OF ANY ISSUE WITH THE DELIVERED ITEM MAIL US AT INFO.DSIGND@GMAIL.COM WITHIN 24 HRS OF THE DELIVERY . NO REFUND / REPLACEMENT WILL BE PROVIDED POST 24 HRS. UNBOXING VIDEO IS MUST TO CLAIM DAMAGE OR MIS-MATCH OF PRODUCT.
